By accessing simmysoap.com or purchasing any SIMMY product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses our website.

About Our Products

SIMMY makes persimmon soap formulated with polyphenols that neutralize the compounds responsible for body odor — including nonenal, which causes that "aging" smell. Our products are cosmetic and personal care products, not drugs or medical devices.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a skin condition or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from or create an account on simmysoap.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Subscriptions

We offer monthly subscription plans so you never run out. Here's what you need to know:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date
• You can cancel anytime — no fees, no guilt — from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@simmysoap.com
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
• Subscription pricing may change with 30 days' advance notice

Refund Policy — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our soap. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund, your choice.

• No need to return opened products for your first order
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• This guarantee applies once per household for first-time orders; repeat purchases are handled case-by-case

Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a price error occurs, we'll notify you before processing your order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

User Conduct
